I had no luck, I tried to use the simple strategy: surprise, apologetic request.
But nothing. Ahh well, worth a try.

I have noticed that this strategy works EVERYTIME at my bank when I ask for reversal of transaction fees.mjhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16437191623837062796noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18110651.post-1154193815903162562006-07-29T13:23:00.000-04:002006-07-29T13:23:00.000-04:00Thanks kn0thing.Thanks kn0thing.Qhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11764246092746861955noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18110651.post-1154022115918701342006-07-27T13:41:00.000-04:002006-07-27T13:41:00.000-04:00Wow, this worked in Germany? Deutsche Telekom used to be a government-run monopoly well into the 90s so I'm surprised this method was successful (they coulnd't really 'lose' a customer if there's no other company to switch to). Whenever I dealt with them, they seemed less accomodating. You guys must have really good persuasion skills!Gaborhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11624858496318910777noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18110651.post-1154022005273062892006-07-27T13:40:00.000-04:002006-07-27T13:40:00.000-04:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Gaborhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11624858496318910777noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18110651.post-1153803177835371512006-07-25T00:52:00.000-04:002006-07-25T00:52:00.000-04:00Welcome!Right now, all the buttons that we've crea...Welcome!

Right now, all the buttons that we've created are at spreddit.

If you've got something in mind, let me know and I'll see what I can do.alexis [kn0thing]https://www.blogger.com/profile/03478324237907707569noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18110651.post-1153581949472036502006-07-22T11:25:00.000-04:002006-07-22T11:25:00.000-04:00Guys, I'm new to reddit and all. One obvious, one not.

The first is to just say "operator". Sometimes you may have to say it twice.

The second is to swear at it. One of the major makers of those voice nav systems puts in reconition of the major swear words so that really frustrated customers don't sit around stewing and getting even more upset before getting to an operator. I'd bet that most of the voice nav systems have this built in but you probably have to actually Sound upset when you say the words.masukomihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10810086465593823277noreply@blogger.com
